If you’re having problems paying your rent, please let us know as soon as possible.
Our aim is to support you to maintain your tenancy with us and help you through this difficult time.
Please contact the Income Management team on 0300 300 8042 or email incomemanagementteam@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk with your name, address, date of birth and a description of the issues you are facing.
Our dedicated Income Management Team are trained to listen, offer benefit advice, and aim to reach a suitable payment plan based on what you can afford.
