• full name
• date of birth
• address
• rent account number
• crief explanation of your request
• how you want the refund to be issued e.g. bank transfer or cheque

If you’re in arrears or in debt with other council departments, any credit will be used to decrease or clear the balance owed.

Issues with your rent account

If you believe an error has been made on your rent account, please immediately email incomemanagementteam@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk with the below information, so we can investigate.  

• full name
• address
• date of birth
• rent reference
• issue with your account

If you believe your account is missing a payment, please provide us with proof of your payment. We will need the date of payment, the amount paid and a payment reference if possible.
