How to submit supporting evidence for a school admission appeal
If possible, you should submit any evidence with your appeal form. However, if you have any additional evidence after your appeal form has been submitted, it can be uploaded by the specified deadline.
If you need to submit evidence after your deadline, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like the independent appeal panel to consider any supporting evidence, you must provide this yourself. This could include any health records or letters from your doctor.
Please note: We will not contact your doctor to obtain this information. We will only accept evidence provided by you, so please do not ask anyone to send evidence directly to us.
If evidence is received after the specified deadline, the panel must decide if this information can be considered, taking into account its significance and the effect of a possible need to adjourn the hearing.
