How to submit supporting evidence for a school admission appeal
If you would like the independent appeal panel to consider any supporting evidence, you must provide this yourself. This could include any health records or letters from your doctor.
Please note: we will not contact your doctor to obtain this information. We will only accept evidence provided by you, so please do not ask anyone to send evidence directly to us.
If possible, you should submit any evidence with your appeal form. However, if you have any additional evidence, you can send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The specified deadline for the receipt of additional evidence will be included in the letter informing you of the date of your appeal hearing.
If evidence is received after the specified deadline, the panel will decide if this information can be considered, taking into account its significance and the effect of a possible need to adjourn the hearing.
