Applying for school places in Central Bedfordshire
If the child is living in Central Bedfordshire, social workers can apply for school places online.
For children needing to change school places within the academic year, you will need to complete the ‘apply to change the child’s school’ application.
Please also bear in mind the national closing dates around education phase transitions; these are normally in January for children just starting primary school or transferring to middle schools, and October for young people needing to transfer to secondary or upper schools.
