Flitwick Marginal Viability Grant Bid
We have submitted a Marginal Viability funding application for £5.3 million of central government funding for Flitwick. The bid is in response to the government’s Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) and looks to fund high street renewal and regeneration of the railway station area.
We are hoping to hear back from government in early 2018. In terms of next steps, the following months will be consumed with subsequent dialogues on the bids and if successful a funding allocation by April 2018.
