Statement of Principles (Gambling Act 2005)
We are required, under section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 (link opens in new window), to prepare and publish a statement of principles every 3 years. The current 3-year period runs from 31 January 2022. Below is our current Statement of Principles to cover the 3 year period from this date, in accordance with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005.
