To apply for street trading consent, you need to:
- complete the application
- enclose the receipt for the fee paid
- enclose any relevant plans
- enclose evidence of landowner’s permission (only required if on private land)
- enclose the photographs of the stall/vehicle
- enclose evidence of Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million)
- enclose evidence of rights to work in UK for myself and other associated with this application
- enclose 2 passport type photographs for myself and other associated with this application
- enclose evidence of food hygiene training for myself and other associated with this application
- enclose proof of valid MOT certificate and insurance documents (only if using a motorised vehicle rather than a trailer)
- enclose a valid gas safety certificate (only if gas is used)
