We offer a diagnostic of your business’s staff needs and challenges and can offer a tailored package of support to suit the individual needs of your business.
This includes:
- staff development – advising on the best course to meet your needs, which training providers offer the training and what funding options are available
- apprenticeships – signposting to apprenticeship support officers, the most suitable training providers, sources of funding and even candidates if required
- labour market information – access to online tools to establish job demand in the local area and help with benchmarking your current remuneration package with others competing for the same talent pool
- recruitment support – pre-selection and screening activities of candidates from a variety of sources; support for candidates to review / complete a CV or application form; assessment of employability skills
These activities are funded as part of the National Careers Service and are offered at no cost to your business.
