What is the home smart device?
Every apartment at Meadowsweet Place is fitted with a smart home device, integrating well-being and safety technology into homes. With an easy-to-use touchscreen, residents can access 24-hour care along with a pendant to wear in case of an emergency. Residents can also make apartment-to-apartment video calls, let their visitors in with the video door entry system, and even book onto social activities throughout the building.
Will the homes be decorated before I move in?
Apartments will be a neutral colour palette with the flooring fitted and finished to a high standard. They will be unfurnished.
Do the apartments use gas or electricity?
There are electric induction hobs and ovens in all apartments.
Are the showers electric?
The showers are from the mains water supply, they are not electric.
Do the apartments come with a structural guarantee?
Yes, all homes come with a 10-year Advantage structural guarantee.
