Your charge is based on the information you provided during your financial assessment. This considers your income, savings and capital. It means that you should be able to pay your charge.
If you think you have been charged too much
We can look at your assessment again to check that we have taken account of the correct income and costs.
You can contact the Financial Assessment Team to tell us why you think the charge is wrong. The contact details will be on the letter you received.
If you have asked us to investigate this, but you are still not satisfied
