Outline planning application consultation process for Marston Vale

The outline planning application was been registered and validated on the 25th May 2018 and is currently under consideration. Consultation was carried out we will consult on the proposal in line with the statutory requirements. The consultation period is normally three weeks but given the scale and complexity of the proposal the council has extended the consultation period to five weeks.

Our normal practice is to advertise within the local newspaper, display site notices and notify those residents and businesses that adjoin the border of the development (the red line on the outline map). However, again, in recognition of the scale of the proposed development we have expanded this and we will notify notified all residents and businesses within Marston Moreteyne, Millbrook, Lidlington and Brogborough. These letters were will be sent out week commencing 11 June 2018 and the consultation period started from the date of the letter.

The formal consultation period has now closed and the comments received are under consideration. All parties who made a representation in response to the application consultation will be notified of any formal decision or notified prior to the application being heard at Development Management Committee.
