  • elevation plans – existing and proposed for matters applied for
  • floor plans – existing and proposed for matters applied for
  • design and access statement / heritage if required for listed buildings, conservation area (100sqm floor space + 1 or more dwellings) or major apps (10 or more dwellings)
  • if landscape is applied for, then a landscape plan is required
  • environmental statement and non-technical summary where applications are subject to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in circumstances set out in the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017
  • a screening opinion to determine whether an EIA is required can be requested before submitting a planning application; view EIA guidance
