For all prior approval / prior notification applications, you'll need:

  • correct application form
  • correct fee
  • plans clearly identifying the site location and showing the proposed development

Change of use

You'll need to provide additional information for these changes of use:

  • retail/takeaway to dwelling houses
  • agriculture to dwelling houses
  • offices to dwelling houses
  • light industrial to dwelling houses
  • amusements/casinos to dwelling houses

For these applications:

  • it would help us if you could include in the description of the proposed development “provision of adequate natural light”
  • include a floor plan, indicating the dimensions and proposed use of each room, the position and dimensions of windows, doors and walls
  • include the elevations of the dwelling house(s)
