For all prior approval / prior notification applications, you'll need:
- correct application form
- correct fee
- plans clearly identifying the site location and showing the proposed development
Change of use
You'll need to provide additional information for these changes of use:
- retail/takeaway to dwelling houses
- agriculture to dwelling houses
- offices to dwelling houses
- light industrial to dwelling houses
- amusements/casinos to dwelling houses
For these applications:
- it would help us if you could include in the description of the proposed development “provision of adequate natural light”
- include a floor plan, indicating the dimensions and proposed use of each room, the position and dimensions of windows, doors and walls
- include the elevations of the dwelling house(s)
- Additional information that may be needed
