For all prior approval / prior notification applications, you'll need:

• correct application form
• correct fee
• plans clearly identifying the site location and showing the proposed development

Change of use

You'll need to provide additional information for these changes of use:

• retail/takeaway to dwelling houses
• agriculture to dwelling houses
• offices to dwelling houses
• light industrial to dwelling houses
• amusements/casinos to dwelling houses

For these applications:

• it would help us if you could include in the description of the proposed development “provision of adequate natural light”
• include a floor plan, indicating the dimensions and proposed use of each room, the position and dimensions of windows, doors and walls
• include the elevations of the dwelling house(s)

Our planning officer may require additional information to determine your application, to avoid any delays please refer to our additional requirements list and provide the necessary plans / documents for your application.
