- Works to trees in a Conservation Area
- Works to trees covered under a Tree Protection Order (TPO)

The document will be emailed to you upon completion (please check your junk/spam folders if not received within 10 minutes) which you will then need to include alongside your other supporting documents when submitting your application. Failure to provide this document will result in delays to the validation of your application.
