- 10 or more dwellings
- Dwellings on a site of 0.5 hectares or more where the number of dwellings is not known
- Creating floorspace of 1,000 sqm or more
- Sites of 1 hectare or more
Please note, this document once completed WILL NOT automatically be received by the Planning department. The document will be emailed to you upon completion (please check your junk/spam folders if not received within 10 minutes) which you will then need to include alongside your other supporting documents when submitting your application. Failure to provide this document will result in delays to the validation of your application.
