Following the grant of planning permission, it may be necessary to make some minor amendments to the proposal. Use this form\checklist to apply for a minor chnage to the planning permission.
Complete this checklist and submit it with your application for a Non Material Amendment application.
Please note, this document once completed WILL NOT automatically be received by the Planning department. The document will be emailed to you upon completion (please check your junk/spam folders if not received within 10 minutes) which you will then need to include alongside your other supporting documents when submitting your application. Failure to provide this document will result in delays to the validation of your application.
