Applying for a rented apartment
Find out how much it costs to rent an apartment.
To be considered for an affordable rented apartment at All Saints View, you’ll have to meet the following criteria:
- aged over 55
- have a local connection to Central Bedfordshire or Houghton Regis
- income of less than £24,000 per annum and savings of less than £50,000
Your care needs and housing requirements will be assessed by a housing panel before you are considered for an apartment at All Saints View.
