What happens next?

After you submit a new application, we will contact you within 5 working days and inspect your premises to ensure they meet the required standards.

Informing us of changes

You will need to inform us of the:

  • cessation of use of one or more of the petrol storage tanks
  • removal or permanent decommissioning of one or more of the petrol storage tanks.
  • installation of any tank, pipeline or vapour pipeline associated with the storage and dispensing of petrol
  • installation of any petrol pump and other automotive pump or dispenser in a new location.

If required a new certificate will be issued to reflect the prescribed changes.

As the PSC is per site you do not need to transfer the PSC, but the selling and buying keeper must inform us.

Tacit consent

Your licence will be issued within 20 working days of payment.

Tacit consent does not apply for this licence. You must not assume that your licence is granted if you have not heard from us.
