Passenger Charter for public transport
We have worked with Bedford Borough Council and Luton Council, as part of our Bus Service Improvement Plans (BSIPs), to develop a bus passenger charter setting out what passengers can expect when travelling by bus throughout the Bedfordshire area. As part of our Enhanced Partnership with bus operators, all bus companies throughout the area have signed up to the charter.
