Applying for a new Blue Badge

The application process can take 8 to 10 weeks from receipt of all required information. Please complete all sections as incomplete applications will not be processed and therefore can cause a delay in the issuing of the Blue Badge. Applicants will be required to demonstrate eligibility and may be asked to attend an Independent Mobility Assessment if this is deemed to be appropriate.

Current Blue Badge holders

Blue Badges cannot be renewed. It is the responsibility of the Blue Badge holder to apply for a new Blue Badge before their existing badge expires. Please see 'Applying for a new Blue Badge' above.
