Pay for minerals and waste planning applications

Whilst it is not yet possible to submit applications for new mineral permission through the Planning Portal, all other applications for amending existing mineral permissions can be made using the standard Planning Portal forms. All waste applications can also be made through the Planning Portal.

How to pay
By card
On the payments page:
- click on the purple 'Pay by card' button above to pay by card
- then select 'Miscellaneous'
- then choose 'Minerals and Waste'
- then enter the name of your account, address, amount, and the reason for the payment.
By BACS
Details to help you set up your BACS payment:

Please note: You will not receive a receipt from us if you pay by BACS.
Please email mwapplications@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk stating the amount of money that has been paid to Central Bedfordshire Council and the reason for the payment.
