Pay for minerals and waste planning applications

Whilst it is not yet possible to submit applications for new mineral permission through the Planning Portal, all other applications for amending existing mineral permissions can be made using the standard Planning Portal forms. All waste applications can also be made through the Planning Portal.

How to pay
By card
On the payments page:
- select 'Miscellaneous'
- then choose 'Planning'
- choose type of application you are applying for (please see the fees schedule (PDF 46.2KB)
for the online payment reference related to the type of application you are submitting) - in the message box field of the payment form (this information is crucial for matching the payment with the application), please enter:
- the site address
- planning portal reference number or case reference number (if known)
By BACS
Details to help you set up your BACS payment:

Please note: You will not receive a receipt from us if you pay by BACS.
Please email mwapplications@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk stating the amount of money that has been paid to Central Bedfordshire Council and the reason for the payment.
