What happens next?
Feedback from our tenants, our partner registered providers, residents and other stakeholders will be considered and used to finalise the strategy, which will be presented to our Executive Committee. This is likely to be in March 2022.
If approved, all our new and existing tenants who have successfully concluded an introductory tenancy will be offered a secure lifetime tenancy.
Also, any tenant currently on a flexible fixed term tenancies will have their tenancy changed to a ‘lifetime’ secured tenancy.
The final notice of decision will be published on our website.
