Tenant engagement hubs and events

Come and join us at one of our engagement hubs and events

Women talking about a photo on a mobile phone, with Ukrainian flag bunting hanging from the wall behind them.

We are bringing lots of new engagement opportunities your way through housing hubs and events in the local community. The hubs are an opportunity for you to come along to get advice on housing and community issues, and find out what support is available.

Housing officers and partners will be at the hubs to advise on a range of topics, including rent, repairs, managing your income, anti to social behaviour, tenancy support, and homelessness. We will also try to advise and signpost on other issues you may have.

If you have something that you would like to talk about, pop along and say “Hi”.

Thank you!

We would like to thank all who joined us at our tenant engagement day on 4 June 2025, in Dunstable. You made it a success! As the feedback was good from both tenants and staff, we are going to hold more events throughout the year at different locations across Central Bedfordshire. Watch this space for more details!

Read the latest edition of Housing Matters to find out more about the day.

Get involved – make a difference!

These hubs and events give you the opportunity to learn how you can have your voice heard and influence the way your housing service is delivered. If you would like to be involved, come and talk to one of our team and answer a few questions to find out more.

Event dates

The Housing Service teams hold engagement events for council tenants and leaseholders throughout the year. These events are open to anyone who is a council tenant or leaseholder, providing opportunities to sign up for various services, groups, forums, and events. Your voice is important to us, so please do pop along to meet the team and let us know your views on the services we provide. Want to be more involved in how we run our services? Join us to find out how you can become an ‘Involved Tenant’.
