The Landlord Assurance Board
The Landlord Assurance Board puts tenants at the heart of how we meet the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards. The board will influence decisions that improve living conditions, safety, and the quality of services our tenants receive.
To promote transparency and openness, the board is made up of 5 councillors and 5 tenants, leaseholders or shared owners. Every voice and view within the board matters.
Each member of the board will be able to contribute to discussions, ask questions about how we deliver our services, suggest changes or improvements. The board through its review of performance, tenant satisfaction and compliance reporting and asking questions, will hold us (as a landlord) to account.
Want to be a Landlord Assurance Board member?
We are currently recruiting for our tenants to be members of the board. We’re looking for enthusiastic tenants, leaseholders and shared owners that have a passion to make a difference and play a key part in shaping how our landlord service is run.
We’re looking for someone who understands the communities we serve and who can use their lived experience to consider the interests of our communities and drive change. If you have a passion for Housing and have experience or interest in areas including construction, health and safety, social work, finance, law, business, or community organisations, why not consider joining?
