As part of our legal duties under the Local Air Quality Action framework, we are required to publish this draft air quality action plan for consultation. The plan outlines actions to improve air quality in Sandy, Central Bedfordshire, from 2025 to 2030. We value input from residents, businesses, and other stakeholders, and your feedback will help ensure our approach, particularly to managing air quality, is effective.
We sought public feedback on the proposed air quality improvements in Central Bedfordshire including suggested actions in the draft Air Quality Action Plan for Sandy.
This 4-week consultation invited views and opinions from all residents, particularly those affected by local air quality in Sandy, to help shape our approach between 2025 and 2030.
