What happens next – draft School Organisation Plan 2025 to 2030
We will analyse the feedback received during the consultation and this will be considered by Members as part of the decision-making process and before a final decision:
- our Children’s Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee will consider the consultation results on 14 January 2025 and give their recommendations
- the Executive Committee will consider the public consultation and Overview and Scrutiny Committee feedback on 4 February 2025 before making a final decision on the new plan
Once approved, the new School Organisation Plan will be implemented from February 2025.
The plan will be reviewed annually to remain up to date with demographic changes and educational requirements.
