Section106 Development contributions
Central Bedfordshire is obligated to hold financial contributions made by developers and ensure these are spent in accordance with the S106 agreement. However, all contributions vary on how they are meant to be spent and once the triggers are met, in conjunction with the Housing Trajectory, therefore will only be allocated to specific projects for the new school places Program (such as providing the expansion of an existing school or the creation of a new schools across Central Bedfordshire).
