At Bedfordshire Employment and Skills Academy (BESA), we partner with businesses to strengthen workforce skills and improve employability. We've supported a range of local businesses including NHS, Ocado and Co-Op to upskill their workforce through tailored training solutions.

Bespoke training workshops
Designed around your business needs, our custom employability workshops address skill gaps and boost employee performance.
Developing essential English and maths skills
Support your team in gaining accredited qualifications in English and maths. These foundational skills improve job performance and open the door to further learning and development.

Apprenticeship recruitment and training
From recruitment to on-the-job training, we guide you through the entire apprenticeship process. We deliver apprenticeships in business administration, as well as in the early years and school sectors.
Recruitment support – Connect to Work
Connect to Work is a government-funded programme for people with health conditions, disabilities or other barriers to employment.
We work closely with local businesses to fill job vacancies by matching appropriate individuals to your posts. Once in post we can provide support for up to 12 months to ensure that they succeed in the workplace.
