Fridge and freezer collections
The removal of fridge and freezers is a separate service. The cost of removal is £45 per item (fridge/freezer is classified as one item). If you require the removal of any additional fridge/freezers the cost is £45 (incl. VAT) per item. Your fridge or freezer needs to be empty before collection can take place.
If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit, the standard fee is £22.50 (a 50% reduction of the normal fee).

Where do we collect your items?
We collect items from outside your property. They must be there by 7am. We cannot enter your property to make a collection.
How long does it take to book a collection?
We can usually collect within 7 days of the booking being made. Once it has been scheduled in our collection team will call to confirm the collection date.
Concessionary fee explained
