How to apply for an apartment in Grove View, Dunstable
Application criteria apply to both the rented and shared ownership properties. To apply for an apartment you'll need to apply to join our Housing Register.
What do you need to know before applying
- the Housing Register application form is completed online using a computer or laptop, tablet or phone
- to submit your application, you will need an email address; if you don't have an email address they are free to set up and use (alternatively, you can use a trusted person’s email address for example this could be a family member, friend or carer)
- the application will take up to 50 minutes to complete; don't worry, you'll be able to save your progress and carry on later if you need to
- please be aware you will be required to provide figures from your income and savings.

When you can visit
Once your application has been assessed and you have received confirmation that you are eligible to rent an apartment you will be contacted and arrangements made for you to view your prospective new home.
