For a Lawful Development Certificate for an existing use, operation or activity application, you'll need:
- correct application form (you must describe precisely what is being applied for)
- correct fee
- a plan identifying the land to which the application relates drawn to an identified scale and showing the direction of north
- it is the responsibility of the applicant to provide sufficient, precise, unambiguous evidence (this could include plans / photos) to demonstrate that the development or use is lawful
