Unwanted books, in good condition, can be donated to your local charity shop, placed on a local selling site, or placed in the book banks at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
There are also a few companies that may wish to buy your books, for example, Music Magpie.
Books in a poor, or damaged condition, can be placed in your kerbside recycling bin/orange sack or placed in the recycling containers at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
