A to Z of recycling - Toilet roll

Kitchen and toilet roll centres are made from cardboard and can either be home composted, placed in your recycling bin/orange sack, or taken to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.

Try to use a reusable j-cloth (often made out of recycled material) instead of a disposable kitchen roll. It will save you money in the long run and reduce your rubbish, also try to buy recycled toilet rolls made from recycled paper.
