Our waiting list for council garage rental is now closed.
We are currently unable to accept any further applications for a council garage rental as our waiting list is at capacity.
We anticipate that the waiting list will remain closed for approximately 6 months, whilst we assess the necessary repairs and reinvestment costs to bring more garages into lettable stock. Please note applications will only be retained for a period of 4 years. If we are unable to offer a garage in your chosen area within this time frame, your application will be cancelled. Thank you for your patience.

- Houghton Regis
- Leighton Buzzard
- Linslade and surrounding villages

Garages in the north of Central Bedfordshire can be rented from Grand Union Housing Group.
Conditions of use
Please note that council tenant applicants who owe rent arrears will not be offered garages. Garages are for parking vehicles only and should not be used as a workshop, to store goods, or for business purposes.
How much it costs to rent a garage from us
Please check Grand Union Housing Group's rental costs, as they may be different to ours.
Our current garage rental is:
- £13.40 per week for council tenants
- £16.10 per week for non-council tenants
