You now require a booking to visit one of our four Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs)
All residents are now required to book a 20-minute time slot before they visit. Bookings are free of charge and can be made up to two weeks before your planned visit.
The booking system is in place to:
- ensure the sites are for Central Bedfordshire residents only
- reduce queues and waiting times
- provide staff assistance on site
- boost recycling efforts, with staff available to help customers reuse and recycle more
- control commercial waste disposal
