Please use this form to request to speak at one of the Councils public meetings.
Please note that for hybrid meetings all requests to speak should be submitted a minimum of 2 clear working days before the meeting.
Normally no more than 3 speakers are allowed on any one subject, with each speaker allowed up to 3 minutes. Where there are several speakers who wish to raise the same issues, we encourage you to nominate a spokesperson who can speak on behalf of everyone.
