Attend or speak at a council meeting
From 7 May 2021, if you wish to speak at a meeting, you will need to do so in person as meetings will no longer be run virtually.
If you'd like to watch, but not speak at, the meeting please follow along on the live webcast or catch-up after the meeting.
How to speak at a public meeting
If you wish to speak at our meetings, apart from Development Management Committee, you can do so by registering to speak no later than two clear working days before the meeting.
If you wish to speak at a Development Management Committee meeting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0300 300 5649.
Speaking at a meeting using Microsoft Teams
Once you've registered to speak, we'll send you a link so that you can join the meeting online.
Once the virtual meeting starts, you'll be able to join and speak during the relevant item, before leaving the call at the conclusion of that item.
If you're unable to use Microsoft Teams, please email email@example.com to discuss a possible alternative arrangement.
