We've launched new housing advice for our customers.
Launched on 28 February, 2022, our new self-serve housing advice is available to access at any time. It ensures access to clear, up-to-date, advice on topics including eviction, homelessness, rough sleeping, benefits, rent arrears and tenancy law.
Just answer a few questions about your situation to get tailored advice, which is also available to download or print.
Councillor Eugene Ghent, our Executive Member for Housing and Assets, said:
It’s really important that people can access housing advice at any point. Using the new tool, people can seek advice whenever they need it, and it covers a wide range of topics. We hope it will enhance the support we can already offer to people in Central Bedfordshire who need advice on their housing options.
