Sometimes we run surveys, which are not just to monitor our services and find out what matters to you, but also to meet requirements for the Regulator for Social Housing.
Starting this month (November) until the end of January 2024, some of our tenants will be chosen at random and contacted by an independent company called HouseMark.
HouseMark will ask 12 questions set by the Regulator for Social Housing, focusing on our service to you, and how you feel about your homes and the areas you live in. The information we receive will help us continue to build our service around what is important to you.
HouseMark will contact you by phone, email or you may receive a survey through the post. If you are contacted, please spare the time to answer the questions. We value your time and input, and the more we find out, the better we can understand what makes a great place for you to live.
Our goal is to work more closely with you as tenants to improve our services together.
If you would like to be involved in other engagement activities, send us an email with your name and address to involvementandengagement@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk and we will be in touch.
Remember, not all callers are what they seem
HouseMark will not ask for your bank details and you should not give out personal details to someone you do not know and trust. Find out more about how to protect yourself from scams. If in doubt, check it out.
