Agile working
The council’s strategy includes a commitment that ‘Our systems and processes will be effective and efficient, with great integrated and rationalised IT and office space.’ To that end, we encourage our staff to work flexibly with iPads, mobile phones and laptops provided to enable access to our systems from anywhere in the local authority area. We were amongst the first councils to adopt Mosaic as our case management system and are leading the way in developing the system for SEND and Early Intervention Cases.
