In an increasingly digital world, it is important to learn the basic IT skills you need to use modern technology in the workplace and at home. Digital skills are valuable to employers and will help you stay in touch with the world around you.

Our courses can help you to:

• use different devices – computer, mobile phone
• build an awareness of online safety and security
• understand basic IT processes
• search, use and store information
• create and edit documents
• communicate using different online platforms – email, social media, Zoom
• access online support

These courses are free for learners aged 19+ subject to meeting funding criteria.

Our digital skills courses are delivered by partner training providers on behalf of Bedfordshire Employment and Skills Academy.
