Join Friends of All Saints View
Friends of All Saints View is a membership programme that allows local residents, businesses and organisations to hire the function rooms in All Saints View at a reduced charge.
When you join Friends of All Saints View:
- you'll apply online, providing your own details and those of your sponsor
- your sponsor will be contacted to confirm they will support your application
- the team at All Saints View will review your application
- you'll pay a one-off joining fee of £16.10, when we ask you to, which covers administration and cost of managing this service
We'll then send you your Friends of All Saints View membership number, which you can use to make future bookings.
We will be taking applications for the Friends of All Saints View scheme soon.
How to hire a function room
Members will need to be sponsored by a resident at All Saints View or a member of our staff.
The function rooms available to hire are:
- Hall 1 – capacity of 40
- Hall 2 – capacity of 60
There is also the option of combining the 2 halls to make a larger space with a capacity of 100 people.

You'll be required to take part in a safety session to familiarise yourself with fire exits. You can also discuss any other details you need to know in the event of an emergency situation arising.
Friends of All Saints View are also able to book our 4 guest suites. Rooms are bookable via the residents at All Saints View; the booking system for this is available on the Akuvox (the touch screen pads in the apartments). Prices are based on both peak and off-peak usage.
Please note: only Friends of All Saints View who are sponsored by a resident are able to book the guest suites on site.
