How to apply for a rented apartment
To be considered for an affordable rented apartment at Steppingley Road, you’ll have to meet the following criteria:
- be aged over 55
- have a local connection to Central Bedfordshire or Flitwick.
- income of less than £24,000 per annum and savings of less than £50,000
Your care needs and housing requirements will be assessed by a housing panel before you are considered for an apartment.
