About our mobile app for tenants
As one of our tenants, you can use our app which aims to make your life easier. You will be able to report repairs, manage your rent or even apply to move home on the app, all at the touch of a button.
App downloads currently unavailable
Our app is currently unavailable for new downloads, while we update it.
If you already have the app, you can continue to use it as normal.
If you need to talk to us about your rent, please email email@example.com.
There are also links to useful websites, including employment support and benefits advice.
Only tenants will be able to register to use the app. To register, you'll need to have:
- your 84000 number (which can be found on your rent statement)
- your date of birth
- your email address
What you'll be able to do with the app
You will be able to report a repair and provide photographs of the problem, if appropriate. When requesting a repair, you will also be able to provide the days and times you are available. You will be able to look at the repair history of your home and amend appointment times or cancel a repair. You will also be able to request a heating repair.
Pay your rent
You will be able to pay your rent, look at recent transactions and get a balance. You will also be able to request a statement or payment card and if you are in credit on your account you will be able to request a refund. You will also be able to apply for a direct debit.
Manage your home
You will be able to request permission for improvements to your home and report any changes to your household, to ensure our records are up to date.
View gas information
Emergency contact details will be provided for gas emergencies, including details of what to do.
Report incidents on your estate
You will be able to report any incidents of graffiti or fly tipping in the area you live, including taking photographs.
Report anti-social behaviour
You will be able to report a new case of anti-social behaviour, or update an existing case.
Let us know you're moving home
You will be able to give us the required notice if you are terminating your tenancy and find out how to apply for a mutual exchange or transfer.
Give us feedback and update us
You will be able to use the app to make a compliment about the service, make a complaint or make any suggestions on improvements.
You will also be able to let us know of any changes to your contact details and what your preferred method of contact is.
