Managing your let through our Let's Rent scheme
Landlords can now receive up to £2,250 as a cash incentive if they offer their homes to local families on a long-term basis.
We promote reliable letting of property.
Our main requirement is good quality housing and in return we will manage the property and provide you with a guarantee of rent for the first four months. For the remaining months, rent received from the tenant will be paid to you, the landlord, minus the management fee.
We are here to help you maximise the benefits of letting your property, freeing you from the commitment of managing the property.
We collect all rent payments on your behalf, then pass these on in a timely manner.
There is no initial fee for finding you a tenant and you will know exactly how much income you will receive and be paid on-time, monthly for the full term of our agreement with you. Whilst acting as your managing agent tenancies will still be in your name.
Unlike other schemes where a council becomes your tenant and sub-lets the property from you, you will know who your tenant is.
The rent that we agree with you will be close to market rent as possible and based on local housing allowance rates.
This allows us to offer affordable rents to those in need and mitigate against rent defaults for the duration of the contract.
