Biggleswade Garden Community – guidance documents
With our partners Homes England and Biggleswade Town Council, we have commissioned studies to guide the delivery of future growth a part of the garden community. These studies seek to ensure that the garden community is reflective of local characteristics and is truly sustainable. To date, an energy strategy and a biodiversity strategy have been produced to guide future development.
