Rodent infestation
Where there is evidence of rodent infestation due to an accumulation of waste from commercial premises, this may be a harbour for attracting rodents. We will try to encourage the business or landowner to resolve the problem by clearing the waste, and can take formal action under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Rodent infestations from domestic premises should be reported to Private Sector Housing by email: psh@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk.
