Licensing Policy review consultation

Consultation ended: midnight on Sunday 1 September 2019

The Licensing Act requires us to review and publish our Statement of Licensing Policy every five years.

The draft Statement of Licensing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the act and having regard to the Guidance to Local Authorities issued under Section 182 of the Act.

The consultation period will commence on Monday 24 June 2019 and continued for 10 weeks, ending at midnight on Sunday 1 September 2019.

All responses to the consultation will be considered and incorporated into the policy where appropriate. Changes to the current policy are highlighted in yellow.
