What to expect

We currently have the following panels available.

Repairs panel

You will have an opportunity to work with our repairs team and review our services, providing feedback on how we can improve.

Young persons panel

The Young People’s Panel provides a platform to represent the voice of young people. We want to hear about residents experiences from the start of their journey in getting their own property, looking at any barriers faced.

Complaints panel

By joining this panel you will focus on how we manage a complaint, and identify service improvements, holding us to account on areas we have said will take action;  you can also support in the deeper dive and identify what these complaints are really telling us about our housing services.

We provide an induction for all panels, this includes shadowing customer facing teams, attending community hubs, learning about the housing sector and taking part in customer engagement activity, this will help you to get further understanding of the needs of all our customers.
