What to expect
Surveys
We can add you to our register of interested tenants. This is a group of residents who would like to take part in surveys either face to face or via email. You can decide if you would like to respond to the survey depending on what interests you.
Focus groups
Focus groups are fun and informal sessions, we like to offer these sessions virtually and face to face, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. By taking part in the sessions, your feedback will directly influence how the service or idea will move forward. At a focus group you would look at a specific service area or provide feedback on a new idea or policy we are working on.
You don’t have to take part in them all, you can participate in ones that are of interest to you, it is entirely up to you.
Neighbourhood involvement
We also let residents know when we are out and about in the neighbourhood, we reach out to you through door knocking events meaning you can get involved without having to step outside.
Get Involved newsletter
To gain an understanding of how and when you can get involved, you can sign up to our ‘Get Involved’ quarterly newsletter. This will tell you all about the exciting tenant involvement activities taking place.
It will give you more information about how you can be involved, what our current involved residents have been up to and read about some of the actions we have taken to improve services.
